Zatarain's Concentrated Liquid Shrimp, Crawfish and Crab Boil

Zatarain's concentrated liquid crawfish, shrimp and crab boil by McCormick adds authentic New Orleans spice to dishes. A resealable plastic bottle ensures consistent freshness.

• 8oz - 1-gallon - case of 4 bottles of 1 gallon 

• Yield depends on usage
• Add spice to potatoes, corn and other boiled vegetables
• Store at ambient temperature between 50 and 80°F

Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Directions: Shake well before using. For a dozen crabs or 5 pounds of shrimp or crawfish:

1. In a large pot, add 2.5 quarts of water and 5 tablespoons of salt. Bring to a rolling boil.
2. Add seafood and 1 tablespoon Zatarain's Liquid Crab Boil. Return to a boil and then turn off the heat (crabs need to boil for 2-5 minutes, depending on size, before turning off the heat). Allow seafood to soak: Shrimp, 2-5 minutes; Crawfish, 30 minutes; Crabs, 30 minutes. 
3. Drain carefully and serve.
