• Each lobster tail is individually cleaned manually to remove undesirable parts such as gills, cartilage, and tomalley.
• The tails are then passed through a grader that will separate them according to their weight.
• These lobster tails can be thawed directly in the refrigerator. 
• Can be steamed, baked, or grilled.
• The lobster tails are awesome for surf and turf applications.
• Grilled lobster tails on pasta.
