Preparation & Serving

  • Pickup Condition: Our Jambalaya is typically provided Chilled/Refrigerated for food safety during transport, unless a hot pickup is specifically requested in advance.

  • Reheating Instructions: * Oven: Cover the pan tightly with foil to lock in moisture. Heat at 350°F for 20–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    • Pro Tip: If the rice seems a little dry after storage, add a splash of chicken broth or water before covering and reheating to restore that perfect texture.

  • Serving Suggestion: Pairs perfectly with French bread, a side of potato salad, or our boiled crawfish!
