Littleneck Clams (Frozen)

PanaPesca clams are fully cooked and vacuum-packed to retain their natural, fresh flavor. The clams can be cooked directly from frozen, in or out of the bag, to minimize food prep time and speed up service for customers.

• Get individual 1 lb bags or by the case of 10 each. One-pound vacuum-sealed poly bags in a standard corrugated case.
• There are between 17 and 22 clams per 1-pound bag. 
• Shell width is in the range of 1.3-2 inches.
• Yields one serving per bag. 
• All clams are virtually free of sand, grit, and shell pieces.
• No empty shells, 100% yield. Outer shell is thoroughly cleaned to remove any extraneous material.
• Cook directly from frozen.
• Cook for approximately 8-10 minutes or until all clams have opened. 
• Perfect for classic steamers, pasta dishes, seafood soups and stews, or any recipe calling for shellfish.
• Keep frozen at 0 F or below until use. Do not refreeze.
• Do not thaw product; cook from frozen.
• Case and inner bags are labeled with production date code.
