Preparation & Cooking

Since these clusters are pre-cooked before being flash-frozen, you are simply reheating them. Overcooking will make the meat tough, so follow these quick methods:

• Steam (Recommended): Place thawed clusters in a steamer basket over boiling water for 5–7 minutes until heated through.

• Boil: Drop clusters into a pot of seasoned boiling water for 4–5 minutes.

• Bake: Brush with butter and bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes.

• Serving Suggestion: Serve with clarified lemon butter and a dash of Old Bay or Cajun seasoning.

Storage & Thawing

• Storage: Keep frozen until ready to use. This case will stay fresh in a standard freezer for up to 6 months.
