• Vacuum-packed in natural juices and frozen

• One pound whole shell• Yield is 100 percent

• Fully cooked, chemical-free

• Reheat from frozen by boiling in bag 5-7 minutes

• Alternatively, remove from bag and Sautee or steam until open

• Keep frozen until ready to use• Keep frozen at -18 to 0 F
