30lb Batches: Handling "pre-cooked" weights of 30 lbs, which typically yield 26–27 lbs once cooked.

15lb Batches: Handling "pre-cooked" weights of 15 lbs, which typically yield 12–14 lbs once cooked.

Important Pickup Instructions-
Bring a Cooler: To keep your crawfish hot and juicy for the ride home, please bring a clean, insulated cooler. We will pour the hot crawfish directly into your cooler at pickup to maintain temperature and flavor.

Pickup Timing: Please arrive at your selected pickup time. Crawfish are best enjoyed immediately while they are hot, and the shells are easiest to peel.
Storage & Reheating

Leftovers: If you have leftovers, peel the tails and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Reheating: We recommend steaming your crawfish for 2–3 minutes. Avoid the microwave, as it can make the meat rubbery and difficult to peel.
