Cooking Instructions: Cook Thoroughly. Keep Refrigerated or Frozen.

If not previously breaded, bread Boudain Balls. Heat oil to 375°F. Place six (6) breaded
boudain balls in oil, fry until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Thawed 6 minutes

Frozen 8 minutes

Carefully remove and let stand 1-2 minutes before serving.

Times may vary according to the number of boudin balls and the type of fryer.

Storage Temperature: Original Boudain Balls purchased from DJs Boudain are sold as either fresh or frozen. Recommended storage conditions for refrigerated (fresh) products is </= 38°F. Recommended storage conditions for frozen products is </= 32°F.

Serving Size: Standard Serving Size is 2.5oz (71g)

Shelf Life: Original Boudain Balls sold as fresh, if held under refrigerated conditions (</=38°F), have a shelf life of 15 days. Balls sold as frozen, if held under frozen conditions (</=32°F), have a shelf life of 1 year. The first day products are placed under refrigerated or frozen conditions shall be day 1 - the Use/Freeze By Date is stamped on each case.
