• Quantity: 15 lbs. & 30 lbs

• Flavor Profile: Spicy, salty, and citrusy (Authentic Louisiana heat).

• Note: Corn and potatoes are sold separately.

• Availability: LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. We do not ship boiled seafood.

 Important Pickup Instructions

• Bring a Cooler: To keep your crawfish hot and juicy for the ride home, please bring a clean, insulated cooler. We will pour the hot crawfish directly into your cooler at pickup to maintain temperature and flavor.

• Pickup Timing: Please arrive at your selected pickup time. Crawfish are best enjoyed immediately while they are hot, and the shells are easiest to peel.

Storage & Reheating

• Leftovers: If you have leftovers, peel the tails and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

• Reheating: We recommend steaming your crawfish for 2–3 minutes. Avoid the microwave, as it can make the meat rubbery and difficult to peel.

 Health & Safety Warnings

• Allergen Warning: Contains Crustacean Shellfish. Prepared in a facility that also processes oysters and shrimp.

• Consumer Advisory: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

• Straight Tail Rule: While we cull our crawfish carefully, it is a natural product. If you encounter a crawfish with a "straight tail," it is best practice to discard it.
