SouthFresh Alligator is farm-raised and grain-fed, triple tenderized, and has no red leg meat in our product.

• 16-ounce packages or by the case of 24 1lb. bags
• Random cuts 2''x3'' pieces on average
• Variable per application source
• Farm-raised, grain-fed
• Deep Fry – Cook from frozen state. Heat cooking oil to 375 F. Add product and fry for about five minutes or until product floats to the surface and is golden brown
• Keep frozen
• Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, hold in refrigeration for up to three days
