Refund Policy

All Sales are Final Due to the highly perishable nature of live, fresh, and frozen seafood, The Revel Patio Grill does not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has left our facility at 9305 Preston Rd., we cannot accept it back due to health department regulations.

Live Seafood (Crawfish, Crabs, Shellfish)

  • Inspection: Customers must inspect all live products at the time of pickup. We guarantee product viability only until it leaves our possession.

  • Post-Purchase: We are not responsible for seafood survival after pickup. Factors like temperature and oxygen levels during your transport are beyond our control.

  • Natural Mortality: A 2-5% "dead loss" is normal for live shellfish and is not eligible for refund.

Quality Issues - If there is a significant quality issue, you must notify us at gm@revelpatiogrill.com or (469) 384-7700 on the same day as pickup.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a restocking fee.

  • Orders not picked up by close of business on the scheduled date are forfeited without refund.
