To ensure we have the freshest catch ready for your event, we operate on a strict ordering schedule:

Order Cutoff: 2:00 pm daily cutoff time for next-day pickup.

Example: To pick up your crawfish on Saturday, your order must be placed by 2:00 PM on Friday.
